Terms of Purchase

These terms apply to paperback purchases made directly from Nepperhan Press through this site.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to availability. Payment is completed securely through PayPal in U.S. dollars. The price shown at checkout is recalculated from the current book record before the payment order is created.

Shipping

Direct paperback orders include free shipping and handling within the United States unless a specific product or order notice says otherwise. We will use the shipping information supplied during checkout to fulfill the order.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Nepperhan Press as soon as possible at nepperhan@optonline.net. Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation may not be possible. If an item arrives damaged or there is another fulfillment problem, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate remedy.
